What a crazy week it has been! First, the pizza shop finally opened this week. YAH! It has taken months of hard work from everyone from the owners to all of the employees but now it is done. Let the craziness begin and it has been crazy. Pizza ovens breaking down in the middle of a dinner rush, confusion attempting to understand the general operations of the POS system, and lots of miscommunication. Second, school closings and delays Every. Single. Day.
